In the reception room, tall ceilings and added floor-to-ceiling windows exaggerate the building’s grandeur and create an abundance of natural light. The bright white walls and contrasting concrete floors add texture and depth, creating an intimate yet spacious room. In a nod to the building’s industrial feel, a bold bespoke patinated brass fireplace adds a layer of warmth and texture as it stretches to the ceiling, which is also the bottom of the swimming pool on the floor above.
The reception room’s simple colour palette and concrete flooring continues into the open-plan kitchen where three arched windows flood the space with natural light. A concrete kitchen island and Italian vintage dining table with a black marble top are both stylish and functional, complementing the selection of natural materials and finishes. A bespoke lacquered walnut and brass bar provides a streamlined backdrop to the marble tabletop.
It's the indoor swimming pool that is the grand gesture and the biggest surprise here. On the third floor, the space feels calm and spacious, courtesy of the large apex roof. Natural materials continue to be expertly curated with warm stone flooring,
In expansive bedrooms with double-height ceilings and large windows, Fustok plays with light and shade. Dark timber flooring, a custom-made black bathtub, cushioned velvet stools and inky-hued marble fireplaces create pockets of glamour.
