About the studio
Interior design has the power to shape how we feel, live and connect to the spaces around us.
Tala Fustok Studio creates interiors that are intuitive and considered. Spaces with a distinctive point of view. Each project is approached with a sensitivity to architecture, atmosphere and narrative, resulting in environments that are both refined and unexpected.
Working internationally across residential and commercial projects, with studios in London and Italy, Tala Fustok Studio balances a rich material language with a disciplined architectural approach. A dialogue runs throughout the work, expressed through texture, form and carefully curated detail.
Tala Fustok
“A space becomes interesting when there’s a subtle sense of tension.
A little clash between old and new, raw and refined.”
Tala Fustok’s approach is shaped by an early, instinctive connection to interiors. Her work draws on a breadth of influences, brought together through a lens that is creative and considered.
Her eye for vintage pieces – developed through years of sourcing across flea markets and galleries – is balanced by a strong architectural foundation formed during her studies at London’s Architectural Association.
After working in Paris on projects including Hôtel de Crillon, A Rosewood Hotel, Tala returned to London to design The Mandrake, a multi award- winning five-star hotel. She has since established a studio known for creating layered, characterful interiors across both residential and commercial spaces.
